Gabriel J. Chrysson
President
Gabriel (Gabe) Chrysson holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Wake Forest University and is an active North Carolina Real Estate Broker. After graduating from Wake Forest University in 2010, Gabe began his career in real estate and property management with a focus on multi-family property management, where he oversaw the management operations of more than 1,000 multifamily rental units throughout the state of North Carolina.
He later worked for a national REIT based in Scottsdale, Arizona, as the Regional Manager for the North Carolina territory. During his time with the company, he was responsible for a large portfolio of single-family rental homes, ensuring strong financial performance, reviewing lease agreements, final account statements, and maintaining strong tenant relations. In addition to these day-to-day duties, he worked in conjunction with market partners and brokers in the territory to ensure quality marketability and high occupancy.
In 2015, Gabe worked as a commercial property manager with Meridian Realty Services. In the following year, he also began growing his commercial brokerage business with Meridian Realty Group, where he worked closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and build to suit clients, across all types of commercial real estate assets.
Throughout his multifaceted real estate career as a property manager and commercial broker, Gabe has developed a keen understanding of the regional market and has extensive experience in the sale and management of a wide array of commercial properties, from multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and land development.
Nick W. Andrew
Broker/Property Manager
Nick Andrew is a Winston-Salem native. He graduated from R.J. Reynolds High School and North Carolina State University. He has worked in a broad range of industries — including, but not limited to, logistics, manufacturing engineering, and facilities maintenance/management — since 2013. In 2020, he shifted his focus to real estate brokerage. He worked briefly in residential transactions before moving into commercial brokerage in 2022. While his primary geographic focus is the Triad and Central NC, Nick has brokered deals across the state and consulted on business development strategy in the Southeast and as far west as California.
Nick is an avid golfer and enjoys working with his hands. He is a motorsports enthusiast and competed as a co-driver in the American Rally Association from 2021 to 2022. Nick has a large extended family based in Forsyth County.
